Refund Processing

1. Refund Timeline

Once your cancellation is approved:

  • Bank Transfer: 14-21 business days
  • Credit Card: 21-30 business days (depending on your bank)
  • E-wallet/Digital Payment: 7-14 business days

2. Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original booking. If the original payment method is no longer available, alternative arrangements can be made by contacting customer support.

3. Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds may be available due to non-refundable components such as visa fees, insurance premiums, or booked services. The travel agent will provide a detailed breakdown of refundable and non-refundable amounts.

Refund Eligibility

Eligible for Full/Partial Refund:

  • Cancellations made according to the cancellation policy timeline
  • Service not provided as promised
  • Force majeure situations (subject to partner policies)
  • Travel partner cancellation

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • No-show on departure day
  • Cancellation within the no-refund period (typically 15 days before departure)
  • Non-refundable package components (as specified in booking terms)
  • Customer change of mind after departure
