This Refund Policy explains how refunds are processed for bookings made through Savara.id. As we connect customers with independent travel partners, refund procedures may vary by operator.
Once your cancellation is approved:
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original booking. If the original payment method is no longer available, alternative arrangements can be made by contacting customer support.
In some cases, only partial refunds may be available due to non-refundable components such as visa fees, insurance premiums, or booked services. The travel agent will provide a detailed breakdown of refundable and non-refundable amounts.
Contact your travel agent with your booking details and reason for cancellation
Travel agent reviews your request and calculates refund amount (3-5 business days)
Receive confirmation email with refund breakdown and estimated processing time
Refund processed to your original payment method within stated timeline
Tip: Purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations. Many insurance policies cover medical emergencies, family emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances.
